Fab2Garments Connect is a business application intended for authorized users of organizations using the Fab2Garments ERP system. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when using the app.
Depending on the features used by an authorized organization, the app may process account information, task and activity data, remarks, operational reports, device-related information, notification tokens, and other business information required to provide ERP-related functionality.
The app may request microphone and speech recognition permissions to allow users to enter task queries or remarks using voice. These permissions are used only when the relevant voice-assisted feature is used.
Where enabled, the app may request access to the device camera or photo library for business-related image capture or upload features. Access is requested only when required by the user-selected feature.
The app may use push notifications to provide task, activity, reminder, or workflow-related updates to authorized users.
Information is used to authenticate authorized users, provide task and ERP functionality, display reports, process user-entered updates, support notifications, improve reliability, and provide technical support.
Fab2Garments does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers or infrastructure platforms only as necessary to operate the app and associated ERP services.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data transmitted and processed through the application. Access to the app is restricted to authorized users.
Business information is retained according to the requirements of the organization using the Fab2Garments ERP system and applicable operational, legal, or contractual requirements.
Users can manage device permissions such as microphone, speech recognition, camera, photos, and notifications through iOS Settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related app feature from working.
